UN Women, which supports inclusion of women in all areas of life, has identified five main areas to work for this purpose: Increasing women's participation and leadership in politics and decision-making; contributing to women's economic empowerment; eliminating the violence against women; ensuring women's participation at all levels of peace and security processes; and placing gender equality at the center of national development planning and budgeting.

UN Women also coordinates and supports the UN system to advance gender equality. To this end, it publishes the Women's Empowerment Principles. Since 2018, we have been a signatory of WEPs. We uphold and implement the Women's Empowerment Principles in our company and in all areas, and raise awareness by launching social responsibility projects.
