Every year since 2012, October 11th has been declared and celebrated by the United Nations as "International Day of the Girls" in order to draw attention to the discrimination that girls are exposed to due to gender inequality.

As FDN Group Human Resources, we launched a campaign on social media to raise awareness on this issue. Our project about the need to raise girls who do not fit the molds attracted a lot of attention on social media and was awarded the Women-Friendly Brand Awareness Award by the Women-Friendly Brands Platform.
